EngSoc Announce 25th March

BEER TASTING THIS THURSDAY!

When: Thursday 27th March
Time: 6:00pm for BBQ, 7:00pm tasting starts
Where: Shannon Hotel, Abercrombie St (Between Broadway and Cleveland St) 5 minutes walk from UTS.
Price: $10 (Members with Advantage Card), $15 (EngSoc Members), $20 (Non-Members incl. Membership)
Tickets from: Tickets will be on sale on this Thursday at the Union Clubs Day between 11am-2pm, drop by our stall (Details below)

Think you know good beer? Just want to know what beer is made from? or really don't believe people when they say there are different tasting beers? Then come to the Engineering Society State Vs State Beer tasting evening. We will be pitting small and micro-brews from around the country against each other. You might just pick up some beer brewing knowledge along the way. Tickets are limited (and sell out fast) and will only be sold on the day!

CLUBS DAY ON THURSDAY!
Come and chat to us on clubs day this Thursday 25th March between 11am and 2pm on the Alumni Green, this is your chance to pick up your shinny blue membership keyring. Tickets for upcoming events (inc. Beer Tasting) will be available from our club day stall.
*** SPECIAL OFFER *** Come dressed as either pirate or ninja and purchase your harbor cruise ticket at AP price! ($45)

Also, come and get involved in the Union AMAZING RACE, the unions scavenger hunt that helps support your club at 12:30 and grab a quick sausage lunch! Prizes of $1000, $500, and $250 will be awarded to the top three teams and a $250 prize to the best dressed. Ask at the union desk for entry forms (Make sure you register as a EngSoc team!)

If you are not already an Advantage Card member then this Thursday is the day to sign up, every EngSoc member who signs up to the Advantage Program on the day puts us into the running for extra funding from the Union to run a end of semester party and other cheap events.

Come and collect your MEMBERS KEYRING, grab a delicious BBQ lunch and talk to a potential future employer. Held on the Almuni Green between 1pm and 2pm Friday 28th March. Also a chance to grab your ticket for the Pirates vs Ninja's harbor cruise.
